Big Skies Sunset Dinner promises to take you on a culinary journey with a three-hour drinks package surrounded by the ambience of Jimbour House and the magic of a night sky.

Kick off our Sunset Dinner with an amuse bouche perfectly blended locally produced Condabilla Murray Cod Ceviche and Indigenous flavours sourced from our local area.

Over three courses your taste buds will be delighted throughout the evening with entrees Cauliflower Croquettes or Scallops with Prosciutto, Leek and Peas. Mains to follow include Roasted Porchetta and Local Eye Fillet. To finish there will be Local Honey Panna Cotta and Warm Chocolate Brownie with Homemade Pistachio Gelato
