Food Vendor Application

Council would like to invite food vendors to be part of this exciting event.

Requirements:

Saturday 1 October, 2pm-10pm AND Sunday 2 October 11am-11pm. This application requires you to be onsite both concert days, one day sites will not be approved.

Bump in commences at 11am and must be completed by 2pm Saturday 1 October. Bump out by 12pm Monday 3 October.

Please note:

  • Closing date for applications is Sunday 31 July, 2022
  • All applications will be processed, and successful applicants notified by Wednesday 10 August, 2022 (site fee payment options will be provided following application approval)
  • You will be required to supply your own gazebo, tables, chairs, etc.
