Market Stall Application

Market stall applications are now open!

This year, the Big Skies Festival markets will be held on Saturday, 5 October, and Sunday, 6 October 2024, from 9am to 2pm.

The markets will be open on both days for campers, concertgoers, locals, and day-trippers to explore until the gates open for the concert at 2pm.

Due to operational requirements, participation is mandatory for both days; single-day applications will not be accepted.

We invite all market stall holders to submit an expression of interest in participating in the festival.

2 Day Requirements:

Bump-in starts Saturday, 5 October at 6am, ready to trade by 9am.

Operating Hours:

  • Saturday, 5 October from 9am – 2pm
  • Sunday, 6 October from 9am – 2pm.

Bump-out Sunday, 6 October from 3pm

Please note:

  • Applications close, Sunday, 30 June 2024.
  • Applications will be processed, and successful applicants will be notified by the end of July 2024. Upon application approval, payment options for the site fee will be provided.
  • You are required to bring your own gazebo, weights, tables, and chairs.
